INVITATION LETTER
A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your registration to attend a conference either as LISTENER or AUTHOR has been confirmed by fee remittance. The letter will be stated in English language and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.

Delegates who require visas should request an invitation letter with the documents listed below through info@theiiar.org ONLY after the registration payment has been confirmation for the event. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves.

Required documents for the invitation letter:
1. International Passport Data page
2. Scan Copy of Transaction Proof
3. Passport size photo
4. Scan Copy of Registration Form

Please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. The process length varies from countries and individuals; you’re advised to initiate your visa application process in good time.
